Our exhibitors help make Bishop Wilton Show what it is. With a wide variety of local craft and food stalls there really is something for everyone. If you would like to come to the show as a trade stand, craft stall or food outlet please complete the relevant forms as per below and send back. We try and accommodate as many people as possible.

Exhibiting at the show
Craft Tent Space
The Craft tent marquee is a very popular attraction at the show. A Craft tent stand is 12ft of selling space! Or why not get a half stand at 6ft! All stands come with a chair (2 chairs for a 12ft table). Tables can be in a line or L shaped - just let us know what you require. You can be positioned in the middle of the marquee or at the edge - whichever suits you best.
The majority of visitors pass through the Craft Tent so all attendees will have a great day showing their goods.
Fee is £50* per stand, plus £12* if you require electricity.

Trade Stands
Fee is £50* per 4 metre frontage.
Fee for selling fast food, teas and coffees is £90* per 4 m frontage.

Vintage and Classic Cars & Tractors
FREE ENTRY - enter on the day
- Class 36 Best vintage or post vintage vehicle (pre 1953)
Rose Bowl for the winner - Class 37 Best stationary engines Group A Tractors Group B
- Class 38 Best vintage or post vintage motorcycle
- Class 39 Best vintage vehicle (must be over 25 years old).
A shield (donated by Tim Sherbourne) will be presented to vehicle the judge would most like to take home also a special prize of £15 awarded to the overall best entry in classes 36 to 39.
All classic cars are welcome you do not have to enter any of the classes, and you get free entry to the show.
